Identifying Lower Back Problems
This really means finding out in detail what is going on in the lower back and clearly identifying all the problems. What changes and abnormalities are there? To what extent are these contributing to the patient's problems? This stage involves listening to the patient's story, carefully assessing the back and arranging helpful and appropriate investigations.
